What is your return policy?

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Due to the nature of this product, we do not accept returns, except for if flaws in workmanship are found. Returned merchandise must be deemed to be unworn to be excepted for refund or exchange, this must be approved within 30 days off purchase. Please contact us at I_BAND.OFFICIAL@outlook.com to approve a refund. Photographic evidence must be supplied in support of a defective product. We reserve the right to deny refunds to senders if photographic evidence is not provided, all products and packaging must be returned in the same condition it was sent in.

What sizes do our products come in?

The circumference of the I-Wrap band is a one size fits all elasticated strip, the upper part of the cap is available in a range of sizes from small to large. The two back straps come in a standard size, dimensions of the I-Wrap are located in the gallery of each product. 

The upper portion of the Locksock product comes in a standard one size fits all with varying lengths for the sock at the back, dimensions of the Locksock are located in the gallery of each product.
